Tracy & Ian, thank you so much for my 2nd welcome stay with you. I can honestly say I have never stayed in any Guest House or Hotel as nice and clean as here. Food is excellent. You made me feel better about going into hospital for the op. See you soon -

Made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked in the doors. Very clean. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend to friends. Have taken cards to pass on. Thanks -

Had an ace time down here, lovely weather (though spent most of it inside the NEC!) great time at Horse of Year Show and superb accommodation to top it all off! Sure we'll be back!
